From Croatia to the far North

November this year, I stayed in the city of Rovaniemi in the far north of Europe, and the location of the professional exchange in Lapland turned out to be an excellent blend of work and personal enjoyment. Everything exceeded my expectations — from getting to know the local mentality to experiencing life with only five hours of daylight and temperatures regularly dropping below zero.
