This is the new official website of the European federation of Critical Care Nursing associations.
As you have noticed the website has been down for some time and the EfCCNa board apologises for the time it has taken to open the new one. The development of the website is still in progress and will be for the next month. Please visit the website frequently for the latest changes.
The European federation of Critical Care Nursing associations was established in Berlin in the autumn of 1999 and is the only formal network for critical care nursing organisations in Europe. EfCCNa has 23 national member associations and one international organisation from all across Europe; with a total of about 17.000 – 20.000 Critical Care Nurses.
EfCCNa has hosted three international conferences in: Paris, France in 2002; Amsterdam, The Netherlands in 2005; and Florence, Italy in 2008.
The fourth international conference will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on 24-26 March 2011. The theme is "European Critical Care Nursing: Working together for a better tomorrow”. You find further information about the fourth conference on the website www.efccna2011.dk
