During the Council Meeting in April 2012 in Lugano, Switzerland elections of the secretary and Vice-president of EfCCNa took place. EfCCNa is pleased to introduce the elected candidates: Dr. Bronagh Blackwood, Belfast, Norther Ireland was re-elected as Vice-president David Waters, Oxford, United Kingdom was elected as Secretary.
